When the upper floor is rented, depending on the season, you might share the property with other guests staying on the lower floor. The neighborhood is quiet and set in a natural environment where you can see the beach, donkeys, horses, and cows. You can walk without crowds, stroll down to the beach, or walk to the town center for daily shopping and to visit the best clothing stores in the area.
