If you rent only the upper floor, depending on the season, you may share the property with other guests on the lower floor. Located in the traditional fishing neighborhood “Barrio de la Cuba,” the house provides a unique setting with stunning views of the town. Relax with your family and enjoy a barbecue on sunny days, or watch the powerful sea from the large window on stormy ones. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by nature, where you’ll often see donkeys, horses, or cows. The property is the ground floor of a detached house, fully independent, with two spacious bedrooms each with a TV, table, and chairs, a large kitchen-diner with beautiful views, and a roomy bathroom.
